What is small, fluffy and lives at the Wetland Park?

These guys (Or, to be more accurate, girls)... 

This highly distinctive fluffball is a Daurian Redstart. Obviously. 

Oriental Magpie Robin. Less Christmassy, more oriental, more identity-complexed.

... But also, this little fellow! (Best shot I could get, he was a bit shy)

Is it a vole? Rodents aren't my forte
