Starting young

This panel at an outdoor 'elderly people's workout station' (for want of a better word) in a public park clearly explains the practical benefits of keeping fit for our senior citizens. (Read text in red box:)

    1. Haha no prize, it's Quarry Bay park! I think they have the same equipment in a lot of parks though.

    2. argh darn it!, that will teach me for trying to be clever.

      BTW my wife works in the Kerry Centre and I have witnessed the full animatronic glory that is the polar bear pyramid. My favourite is the one whose head is always slumped, I feel so sorry for him :-)
