Facing the music


In certain parks and public places in Hong Kong, local people can be heard playing Chinese instruments. The evocative song of the bamboo flute or or the plaintive strains of the erhu floating on the air have the power to transport you into an oriental fantasy world as you stroll along.

Until you turn a corner and bump into one of these chaps.
